Appointment Information

Appointments should be taken a minimum of one month prior to the event date, but the earlier the better. Please allow approximately one hour for the consultation.

At the consultation, what we require is as much detail as possible about your budget, your theme, and your vision for your cake. We have pictures on our Facebook Group, our Facebook Page, and on Instagram of our previous creations, but new ideas are certainly welcome, and even preferred.

If you would like to include a cake tasting during the consultation, please mention it beforehand as all our cakes are freshly prepared, so we do not normally have any samples on hand. Also, please notify us in advance of the number of guests in your party that will be present at the consultation so we can be sure to have servings ready for everyone.

If you need a last-minute cake, we might be able to accommodate you depending on the season, so please call us to check availability.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we ask that you call as soon as possible to reschedule the appointment.

There will be a non-refundable consultation fee of $25, payable upon arrival at your first appointment, which will be deducted from the cost of the cake, should you decide to place the order with us.


Within a week of placing the order, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your date. The balance is due two weeks prior to your event.

There will be a fully refundable deposit of $30 cash required for the cost of the cake board, which will be refunded once the board is returned in good condition within two weeks of the event.

Please note that there will be no quotes given by any means other than by consultation.

Last, but not least, please be sure to mention if there are ingredients that should be omitted for allergy purposes, and note that we do accommodate various dietary lifestyles.
